1. Eligibility

2. Account Registration and KYC Verification

8. Account Suspension and Termination

• 8.2 Termination by bk766: bk766 reserves the right to permanently close any account found to be in serious violation of these Terms & Conditions. Upon termination for cause, bk766 may forfeit any balance remaining in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered mobile wallet.
• 8.3 Termination by the player: You may close your bk766 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your registered mobile wallet before the account is closed. Once closed, you will not be able to reopen your account without completing a new registration, subject to all current eligibility requirements.
